The Raja Yoga Foundation Course is a live, in-person training, supported by an online curriculum.
Who can apply?
No prior yoga or meditation experience required
Anyone with a sincere desire to study yoga and/or meditation
You do not need to be flexible or able-bodied to join this course
Committed to attendance and participation
This training is open to people with disabilities.
What you need
The book, Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: Translation & Commentary by Sri Swami Satchidananda.
Notebook and pens
Water bottle and any personal medication, etc.
