Hersha Chellaram - See Hersha’s Bio
Katia (Karuna) Bacon is an Integral Yoga certified teacher at the 500-hour level. She is an assistant teacher trainer for the Integral Yoga 200-hour training programme. She has meditated regularly for the past 7 years and is an authorised trainer for Hersha Yoga’s well known Meditation for Beginners course.
