Your 200-hour Journey: A Roadmap

Our part-time training from October 2026 to June 2027 is thoughtfully structured with weekend intensives (Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm & Sunday 9:00am-4:00pm) and Wednesday evening sessions (6:30pm-8:30pm), allowing you to integrate deep learning into your life. While the training is intended to be conducted in-person, we have options to join online when needed.

• Weekend intensive: November 21-22, 2026

• Weekend intensive: December 5-6, 2026

• Weekend intensive: January 9-10, 2027

• Weekend intensive: February 20-21, 2027

• Weekend retreat (Friday to Sunday): March 19-21, 2027
  (You’ll need to take a half-day off work on the Friday)

• Weekend intensive: April 24-25, 2027

• Weekend intensive: May 22-23, 2027

• Weekend intensive: Jun2 19-20, 2027 (TBC)

Flexible & Supportive Certification Path

We are committed to your success. Our programme combines live interactive sessions with supportive self-paced study.

• Hybrid Learning: Attend live sessions in-person at our studio or via Zoom. All sessions are recorded for your review.

• Proven Methodology: Our program works! We are confident in certifying all students who dedicate themselves to the process.

• Personalised Attention: Benefit from small group sizes and individual feedback from instructors to hone your teaching skills.

• Graduation Requirements include 85% attendance, a personal practice journal, monthly assignments, and final practical/written exams.

Upon graduation, you will receive a 200-hour diploma from a Yoga Alliance Registered School, making you eligible for the global RYT200 credential.
