Your 200-hour Journey: A Roadmap

Our part-time training from March to June 2026 is thoughtfully structured with weekend intensives (8:00am-2:30pm) and Tuesdays & Thursdays evening sessions (6:30pm-8:30pm), allowing you to integrate deep learning into your life.

🎯 Module 1: The Foundation (March 2026)

Kick off your journey with an immersive weekend to establish the core principles of teaching and practice.

🧠 Module 2: Deep Dive (April 2026)

Expand your expertise in anatomy, philosophy, and the subtler practices of yoga.

🎓 Module 4: Culmination & Graduation (June 2026)

• Graduation Retreat: Jun 26-28

  • A 3-day immersive retreat featuring your final teaching practicum exams, group sharing, and a formal graduation ceremony.

Flexible & Supportive Certification Path

We are committed to your success. Our programme combines live interactive sessions with supportive self-paced study.

• Hybrid Learning: Attend live sessions in-person at our studio or via Zoom. All sessions are recorded for your review.

• Proven Methodology: Our program works! We are confident in certifying all students who dedicate themselves to the process.

• Personalised Attention: Benefit from small group sizes and individual feedback from instructors to hone your teaching skills.

• Graduation Requirements include 85% attendance, a personal practice journal, monthly assignments, and final practical/written exams.

Upon graduation, you will receive a 200-hour diploma from a Yoga Alliance Registered School, making you eligible for the global RYT200 credential.
