What to do after you have completed your 200-hour training?

Once you have completed your 200-hour training, chances are you will be ready to step into the world of teaching yoga, or you will be too afraid and think you’re not good enough and want to study some more.

Regardless of which path you choose, there are many options for you to take to continue your journey forwards.

Integral Yoga offers a wonderful selection of trainings in order to become qualified as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour level with Yoga Alliance. They have also launched their Yoga Therapy training program to help students progress towards the CIYT with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
