Integral Yoga Sangha is a yoga community meet-up in Hong Kong where students of all backgrounds can study Yoga philosophy and practice an Integral Yoga Hatha class together.
Today, Sanjay Mahtani will cover the Yoga Sutras class and Grace Bolger will cover the Hatha Class:
6:30pm-7:00pm: Yoga Sutras of Patanjali
Book 2: Sutras 28-32 | Topic: "Meditation & Mindfulness in Daily Living"
7:00pm-8:00pm: Integral Yoga Hatha Class
The classes are by donation (suggested HK$100) and profits go directly towards funding YAMA Foundation's free yoga programs for Hong Kong's underserved communities.
