Hersha Chellaram: Head of Teacher Training

Hersha Chellaram is the head of the Integral Yoga Hong Kong Sangha. She is an authorised teacher trainer for Integral Yoga's Basic Hatha 1 and Raja Yoga courses. She serves as Chair on the Integral Yoga Global Network and is the head of Asia Pacific.

She is a certified in the following:

  2. Integral Yoga's Raja Yoga -- Science of the Mind
  3. Integral Yoga's Prenatal Yoga 
  4. Cardiac Medical Yoga
  5. Yoga for the Special Child
  6. Kidding Around Yoga

Hersha's main teaching focus is at the Integral Yoga Hong Kong Sangha, and provides private one-to-one sessions in the therapeutic settings. She does not offer group classes.
