Integral Yoga Teacher Trainings

Integral Yoga (IY) Teacher Trainings are based on the teachings of Sri Swami Satchidananda. Integral Yoga’s trainings are inward, spiritually-focused forms of Yoga, designed to lead students to an experience of their true Self. Our goal is to educate our yoga teachers to nurture a consistent and personalised practice, experience the Six Branches of Integral Yoga (going beyond Yoga as a form of fitness) and learn how to teach in a respectful, trauma-sensitive and professional manner.

The goal of Integral Yoga is to help our students have an easeful body, a peaceful mind and a useful life!
